While in New York City he worked under the direction of Ron Van Lieu in a production of Where Do We Live, collaborated with the Classical Theatre of Harlem to bring Twelfth Night to schools in Harlem, Bronx, and The Heights and joined the cast of King Lear when the RSC brought the production to Brooklyn for a run at BAM.
